A Common Start to a Christian's Life

"God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." - JOHN 3:16  (KJV)

Although a common phrase, this is a start to a christian's life in a rather a simplified version of Jesus's overall purpose in his assignment to save the world. The phrase speaks the ONLY way to reach God's kingdom. Therefore, this sentence should always bring up hopes and extend thought to what happens to you after death. Think about the meaning of this phrase and fell glad that you found God and discovered the eternal life with Jesus.

  1. I agree. There are several emphasis in this verse. One of them is that God loves, and the other is should not perish. What happens when one dies? Where is one going to spend all of eternity? Something everyone should consider.
